What your first visit looks like

Request your appointment
Submit an online request or call the office. We will confirm a time and let you know what to bring.

Arrive a few minutes early
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment so we can complete your health history without rushing.

Comprehensive exam
Your dentist will review your history, examine your teeth, gums and bite, and take any images that are clinically indicated.

Plan and next steps
We will explain what we found, outline options and answer your questions before anything is scheduled.
What to bring
- A photo ID and your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
- A list of medications and relevant medical history
- Any recent dental records or x-rays from a previous office

Paying for your care
We want cost to be clear before treatment begins. If you do not have dental insurance, ask about the Vaid Savings Plan.
